“ASAN Login”

The “ASAN Login” system is a Single Sign-On System created by the E-GOV Development Center (EGDC) to use e-services provided by public and private organizations. Through this system, which is one of the key components of the new e-Gov infrastructure, users can easily access the services of all other integrated portals by registering from one place.

Advantages of "ASAN Login" system:

Through the system, users do not have to remember multiple usernames and passwords to access their personal cabinets on various government and non-government portals.

Generation of different user data of the same person on different systems is prevented.

In addition, the system allows the user to manage their powers from a single center.

When the user logs out of the “ASAN Login” system, he is automatically logged out of all accessed systems and portals. This prevents duplication and saves time.

To use the system, you must first visit website at www.asanlogin.my.gov.az.

There are currently 4 ways to access the “ASAN Login” system:

  • With identification number,
  • ASAN Signature,
  • e- Signature and
  • BCSC (Bank Certification Services Center) e-Signature

Login with Identification number:

"Identification number" means PIN-code of ID card for citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, "Virtual Identification Number" for non-residents, number of the document "Temporary or Permanent Residence Permit". When logging in with the "Identification number", the user can log in by entering the number of the "Identification Document" and a predefined password.

Registration:

Registration in the system is carried out in 2 forms:

1. Through a mobile number

2. Through video

Registration with a mobile number: In this case, it is required to have an identification document number (PIN) and an active mobile number associated with that PIN (ie in its own name). A confirmation code is sent to the mobile number entered into the system and the registration is completed by entering that code in the relevant field.

You can watch the instructional video on registration with a mobile number here: https://youtu.be/aqcALD1jT7k

Those people who do not have a mobile number in their name can register via a video recording created in the "Identification number" section. Thus, video registration allows those who do not have a mobile number in their name to apply for e-services. Users who are already registered with “ASAN Login” do not need to register via video. Those who want to register in "ASAN Login" with video recording can get acquainted with the instructional video: https://youtu.be/UCBVu2hyzv8

In addition, users who have forgotten the password and do not have access to the active mobile number to recover the password can recover the forgotten password by adding another active mobile number to the system via video. Instructional video: https://youtu.be/25RQRegUeFQ
